Missing TechTVer

Comments

I have watched James for a long time on Techtv and Cnet. He seems like such a great guy. I will be praying he and the family are found soon.
I just read about this over at Pirillo's site. Like many, I know of James solely from his TechTV work and more recently his great editorials at CNET. Please keep us updated. Thoughts and prayers are with all his friends and family.
I live in San Francisco, and I will be doing my best to try to help with my part of trying to find this family.
I hope they're alright. This is weird.
Man, this really sucks. I still remember how he always used to use photos of his firstborn in his segments. My mother thought that really kicked ass. I have added this to my blog to help get the word out, and I suggest everyone else who reads Leo's blog do the same. More eyes, better results.
I just posted this on my blog to help find James and his family. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family ad friends. I sure hope they are found soon.
Just posted this on my blog as well. Here is hoping we can spread the word enough to find someone who knows something.
That's insane! I will help spread the word.
This is terrible. I'll also be crossposting this to my blog(s) to help spread the word.

My prayers to him, his family and friends, wherever they all may be -- I've got faith they'll turn up soon. Hopefully this turns into nothing more than a minor scare.
Please let us know when he and his family are located. Our prayers are with them
Wow. That's unbelievable. I remember watching him on Fresh Gear. I hope they are all found soon, and safe.
Oh wow :(
man i always read his reviews on cnet.i sure hope he is ok.
Leo this is awful news. I read it last night, but didn't get to post. I always liked James and his good reviews on TSS. He really knew his stuff. But what really comes to mind, how he loved his daughter, who was a baby at the time.

I will be sending good thoughts that they find James and his lovely family.

He has always known what he was doing when he was on TechTV and continued sharing his knowledge and expertise with us on C|Net. Thoughts and prayers go out for his family and friends.
I always enjoyed his appearances on techtv and video clips from cnet.com - I pray for a good outcome as the weather could have played a major role. It's nice to see all the positive comments on cnet.com and digg.com about James Kim and his family.
I remember reading his reviews on CNET long before I considered myself a tech geek. I'll be praying for him and his family tonight.
[this is good]
My heart sank further and further as I read this. I hope they are in good care and they will be in my thoughts.
Like another poster I too remember his showing pictures of his beautiful first born as examples when reviewing printers You could just feel the love and pride in those pictures. I am praying for a good outcome.
This is truly sad news (I just read the article over at Cnet).
Do none of them have location enabled on their cell phones?! Can not their cell company track the last calls they made? This makes me really angry and frightened. As a super loyal techtv fan, especially a fan of leo and his friends, i will also do any info collecting and idea giving i can think of.

god bless you all.... people please pray about this.
They picked up a blip signal (from a text message) from their mobile phone. This helped the searchers find James Kim's body.

I watched James Kim on TechTV's Screen Savers and Call For Help, then CNET's MP3 Insider and Crave. Good man.
